It's the best time of the year to visit Niagara Falls.  It's not too cold, it's not hot, and it's not too crowded.

First thing is first - they picked their bed and started jumping.  It was endless.  In fact, anytime the TV wasn't on, or the Nintendo DS's were not networked and in use, jumping was the order of business.

Image

Here is the skywheel.  What a blast!  The compartments are all heated, with doors that close, and you get one heck of a view of the falls and everything else around.  More info found at: http://www.cliftonhill.com/niagara_falls_attractions/niagara_skywheel/

Image

You know the star of the show!  This was taken while in the skywheel, up at the top!

Image

A view from the skywheel.

Image

..and another great view!

Image

These are the American falls.  What a view from the skywheel.  It is a mandatory event for anyone that goes to the Falls.

Image

And here are the Canadian falls, from 170 feet in the air.

Image

Now the bridge.  I can't remember the name of this one.

Image

More of the Canadian falls.

Image

Here is Nik and Kaitlin enjoying the view.  There was not scary bits to this ride at all.  You could stand up, move around, sit on either side.  It was easy to get it rocking a bit.

Zooming in at the base of the American Falls.

Image

Yeah, I know it is winter, and I know it is cold outside, but the ice cream was mandatory according to the two rug rats.

Image

Posing when the camera is out.  Two hams for sure!

Now watch this, Nik is going to throw a snowball at me.  The next photo is the beauty pic eh!

Image

Timing is everything.  What a shot!  It looks like he's eating the snowball himself.

Image

Finally, a picture of Alisa I was allowed to post on the web.  Now everyone in the world can look at her.

Image

The Simpsons were at the end of the tour of the Wax Museum.  Lots of fun.

Image

I love this guy.  What a great movie too.  I can watch it over and over and over.

Kaitlin posing at the pool.

Image

Nik taking it cool in the hot tub.

Image

Kaitlin is demonstrating her mouth of water in the pool prowess.  Ha ha!  Got you!

Image

Here is Marilyn Monroe by the pool.  I could have posted a hundred different poses, but I will spare you all.

Image

Splashing was allowed!

Image

The mini-putt was neat.  The lighting was black lights and everything was glowing in the dark.  Here we are at the entrance before playing.

Image

Image

It was hard to take a picture in the dark, and this one had the flash on - and it doesn't really represent what it looked like in there.

Image

Flash again, but still kind of cool.

Image

Flash off - everything is glowing - and Kaitlin was moving.

Image

This one isn't too bad.

Image

Tough again, can't get everyone to stand still for 2 1/2 seconds.

Image

Katilin and Nik were racing the streets of Miami.  They were not too competitive, but they sure loved this game.  I think they rode it 4 or 5 times.

Image

Posing again.

Image

Riding again.

Image

Lots of fun stuff on the walls here.  Very well done.  They really know how to get the money out of your pockets.

Here is Nik getting his hand waxed.  They dip your hand in cold water, then wax, then wax, then wax, then a coloured wax after which they slide it off and fill it with wax beads and close off the bottom.

Image

That water is icy cold.

Image

First Dip.

Image

Here is Kaitlin with a few dips building up on her hand.  It was a bit too warm for her.

Image

The girl working there slid it off and dipped the hand into Pink without Kaitlin's hand.

Image

Image

Time for breakfast before we leave.  Thanks for finding this place Kaitlin.  Let's eat lots of sausage and bacon.

Image

Everyone has a fully tummy, and we are off the car for the ride home.

Image

We will have to do this again sometime.  Thanks for joining us Nik!
